No cookies or tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking tools. It does not load content from third-party servers and it has no forms.
Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our processor. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process these data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
E-mail correspondence
If you write to us, we process your e-mail address, your name and the content of your message in order to reply and handle your matter. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our e-mail service is provided by a hosting company in Poland that acts as our processor. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for the period in which claims may be raised.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Voluntary nature
Providing personal data is voluntary. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

This policy covers buildeco.pl only. PoliczCiepło.pl and Plan Energii publish their own privacy information on their websites. ZatrzymajLicznik.pl is a partner service; the controller of its users' data is its operator, EkoMocni Sp. z o.o..
